Do you want to make chicken parmesan or meatballs but no longer can use bread crumbs. Pork rinds are the perfect swap. You simply need to make sure you are purchasing a quality brand. The ingredients list should just sat, pork rinds and if there are seasonings. If there is ANY oil listed put it down. If there is sugar of any kind listed, put it down. I like Epic brand.

I have suffered with severe chronic pain and stiffness for almost 25 years. I was ultimately diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I've tried several medications over the years which I either could not tolerate or did not help. On the last day of RESTART®, I noticed my pain and stiffness was significantly better.
